- ALL VENOMOUS ANIMALS MUST BE SOLD IN THE CONTAINER THEY ARE DISPLAYED IN.
- ABSOLUTELY NO VENOMOUS ANIMALS CAN BE TAKEN OUT OF ITS SEALED CONTAINER.
- ALL VENOMOUS ANIMALS MUST BE IN A SEE-THROUGH NON-BREAKABLE CONTAINER.
- ALL container lids must be sealed with tape. The seal will not be broken until the animal has left the property.
- All venomous animals on display must have a red warning label on the container in plain view. Labels will be provided, and you must ensure this is complete before public hours begin.
- We will be using a HOTLINE on the venomous tables. No hot animals in loose containers on the first 8-10" of the table to avoid accidently knocking something to the floor. The HOTLINE does not apply to enclosures and encasements such as deli cups racks, custom-made displays, etc.
- When you sell a venmous animal, YOU MUST TELL YOUR CUSTOMER that they must leave with their animal right away, they are NOT permitted to walk around the show with a venomous animal. You are permitted to hold the animal until they are ready to leave.
- After the sale of a venomous animal, you are responsible for putting the sealed container in a paper bag marked HOT. This will help us keep HOT things off the show floor.
- Venomous vendors will be limited to an assigned area. This is why I must know if you intend on bringing venomous animals in your inquiry.
- If there are any concerns, bring them to Denise Readinger directly.
These rules are intended for the protection of you the vendor, the buyer, the general public, and the show. These rules are not flexible, and they will be enforced. Help us continue to allow venomous animals by following these simple but neccessary rules.
